John A. Loiodice, M.D., FACS

John A. Loiodice, M.D., FACS

Your physician, John A. Loiodice, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board certified Otolaryngologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a graduate of Wayne State University School of medicine in Detroit, Michigan, and trained in Surgery and Otolaryngology at the Albert Einstein Hospital in New York City. He is appointed Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is actively involved in the teaching of students and residents at Berkshire Medical Center. He pioneered Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at Berkshire Medical Center in 1994.

Your physician, Kyle Chambers, M.D., is a board certified Otolaryngologist who focuses on providing the latest evidence-based surgical and medical treatment for conditions of the ears, nose, throat, sinuses, and upper aerodigestive system for both adult and pediatric patients.

Dr. Chambers received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and earned his medical degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society.  He completed his general surgery internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, and his training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery through Harvard Medical School in a combined training program at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Isreal Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and the Boston Children’s Hospital.  He has also received additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of allergy.

Dr. Chambers is an active member in the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Rhinologic Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.


Bonnie M. Chard, MMSC, PA-C

Bonnie M. Chard, MMSC, PA-C

Your Physician Assistant, Bonnie M. Chard, MMSc, PA-C, is a graduate of Yale University with a Masters degree of Medical Sciences.

She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She has trained at several Yale affiliated hospitals in the general medical and surgical subspecialites, including Otolaryngology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and has been a part of the BENTA team since 2003.


Tracy Blair, M.S., CCC-A

Tracy Blair, M.S., CCC-A

Your Audiologist, Tracy Blair, MS, CCC-A, is a graduate with a Masters Degree in Audiology from Southern Connecticut State University. She is an ASHA certified Audiologist and is licensed in Massachusetts. She has been practicing as an audiologist since 2005 and has been a part of the BENTA staff since 2007.

Tracy provides diagnostic audiological testing (hearing test) for patients of all ages, as well as hearing aid evaluations for need and fitting. She also provides fabrication and modification of custom earmolds and swim molds.


Kevin Mangan, M.S., CCC-A

Kevin Mangan, M.S., CCC-A

Your Audiologist, Kevin Mangan, MS, CCC-A, is a graduate in Audiology from Syracuse University. He is an ASHA certified Audiologist and is licensed in Massachusetts and New York.

Kevin has been practicing as an audiologist with BENTA since 1996. Kevin provides diagnostic audiological testing (hearing test) for patients of all ages, as well as hearing aid evaluations for need and fitting. He also provides fabrication and modification of custom earmolds and swim molds.
